Personal gripe. I paid for 2 #Pomabrush sonic toothbrushes on Kickstarter in Sep 2020, got 1/2 the order but 15 months later told the other brush is in the post. It never arrives but I'm emailed customer satisfaction surveys each time I contact them. @Pomabrush lift yur game!
